Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a registered nurse with six years of experience working in the emergency department. My time in the ER gave me a strong foundation in nursing and taught me how important it is to make people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. While I loved my experience in emergency medicine, I’ve developed a real passion for the wellness space and the opportunity to take a more personalized approach to health and well-being.
Becoming a mom has been such a special part of my life and has also made me even more passionate about health, wellness, and taking care of ourselves. I love learning about ways to support overall wellness and helping others feel their best. I’m excited to bring my nursing experience into this space and build meaningful connections with the people I care for.
Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and daughter, working out, or enjoying time with family and friends. I’m so excited to be part of the team and look forward to getting to know you!

Dr. Lisa Allen is a board-certified family medicine physician based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and proudly serves as the Medical Director and Co-Owner of 608 Wellness & Skin Co.
Dr. Allen is also the founder and owner of Ambiance MD, an independent medical practice specializing in non-invasive medical aesthetics, cosmetic rejuvenation, and general medicine.
Throughout her career, Dr. Allen has remained passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. She believes that meaningful healthcare begins with listening, building trust, and working collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.
Her dedication to providing thoughtful, individualized care inspired her to establish her own independent medical practice, allowing her to focus on what matters most: the health, confidence, and overall well-being of her patients.
