Your membership includes 20 units of Jeuveau per treatment, with a minimum interval of 90 days between treatments. Units do not accrue if you wait more than 90 days between treatments.

If you cancel within the first six months, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. Your membership is non-transferable, and payments are non-refundable.
